Any PDF expert here?

    Hi,
    I have got a PDF document with editable fields/forms and would need to change some text in the document but haven't got the Word doc source file around anymore.
    hen I try to save it as a Word doc with Adobe Acrobat (not the Reader version) the document is loosing fields and formatting.

    Any PDF expert around? :)

    Max $5.
