Any Paypal Debit Card Holders?

I have some questions.

1. Do I still need bank account or my credit card added in my account after I got paypal debit card?
2. Can I withdraw money from anywhere? I mean, suppose I have US paypal account and I wanted to withdraw money from China.
3. One more idiotic question, can I really withdraw the money received just a minute ago?

I don't know the answers to your questions, but PayPal keeps hammering away at me to sign up for their cards. As far as I'm concerned, the quicker I get my money out of their account and into mine, the better.

Yes, as far as I know. I haven't tried to remove my bank account honestly.

Yes, I'm in the US and was recently in Australia. Used my PP Debit card there with no problem. So I would assume you can use it internationally at any ATM

3. One more idiotic question, can I really withdraw the money received just a minute ago?

Unless it's an echeck and there's a hold on it yes. I've received payment and went straight to the ATM and pulled it out within minutes of receiving.

No, not yet. I'm still waiting for it.

 

Its free but its only for US paypal accounts I guess.

 

It's free BUT you have to upgrade your account to Premier or Business.
