Any Payment system as Payoneer card?

    Hi,
    i have payoneer card as we all know that thats are all mastercard. Buy i need Visa debit card to load from moneybookers.Can anybody advice me any company similar to payoneer or giving visa prepaid card at low price.
    Payoneer is free.i am not from us,uk..

    Try entropay they have VCC cards very good price. Free card plus only pay 4.95% on funds upload so to get a $10 card cost $10.50 with $10 credit. good luck
