Any other option for cash in hand rather than western union?

    Hello, I'm dealing with someone right now to buy a website and the problem is they don't have a bank account, so they need cash in hand, hes suggesting payment through western union, is there any more secure way to do it?

    Economy gram money. You friend will get cash during 3-5 days. And it's cheaper than western union.
