    This isn't a bad forum for information.

    For a more advanced level, stackoverflow is great to search for information.

    Or github for actual code samples.

    There are some really good coders there.

    if you want asp.net then forum.asp.net is the one,

    there are also sitepoint.com, webdeveloperforum.com, webdesignforum.com

    dpforum is a good place to be honest with

    Without saying the programming language you are after the question becomes a little pointless don't you think?

    I can recommend you a good visual foxpro forum, other good php forums (such as phpbuilder) but we really need to know what you are after.
