any one withdrawing without using a PAN Number in paypal ?

    I have a paypal account in which i have still not entered the pan number, i might shortly need to withdraw funds in that account

    my query is , that is some one has successfully withdrawn without supplying PAN number to paypal

    No problem as of now but don't know about future withdrawal without entering PAN.
