I have also been tempted by lunarpages. I did a bit of homework on them and now I am not so sure.
As with most hosting I have found conflicting reports about them. Some great, some sound too good to be true and some real horror stories.
I found the recent posts (last 8 months or so) quite negative. The older posts and reviews not so good.
Just google lunarpages and see what you get back.

I suggest you to host your sites with dreamhost or hostgator.lunarpages has poor customar care & feautures than dreamhost and hostgator.

Personal experience... they are ok meaning they have phone support and good pricing with a bunch of fantastico install scripts.... not fantastic due to the downtimes. i wouldn't personally recommend it to run a site that needs to be up 99.9% of the time.

As mentioned above, you have many other choices when it comes to hosting including dreamhost and hostgator.

Have you looked at any other companies? Do comparisons, find reviews on them, etc.

I host with both LunarPages and DreamHost, and they work ok. If you have a really heavy site (regarding SQL and Apache) you shouldn't use shared hosting...
