I am a newbie to DreamHost and I'm having a hard time with it. I have setup my blog but I don't have any idea how am I going to upload all the plugins and themes since there is no file manager like the one on cpanal.

I don't have ftp access because my ISP doesn't allow.

    so any ideas?

FTP is the best way to go , BUT

At DH they have a web based ftp program. I seem to recall that it is one of the small icons next to your hosted domains list. They also have a file manager of sorts.

One thing they do fairly well is support. If you can't find the answer in the faq or the wiki, send support an email.

Why doesn't your ISP allow ftp? Never heard of that.
