Any one used Ad Manager of google ?

Any one used Ad Manager of google ?

I am trying to understand what it is, but did not get clear picture.. as it is for publishers or for real businesses how they can create advertisments ?

.... do they( google ) charge for it ?

I also want to know, I visited it one day but really I did not understand anything !
Is it like adsense ? Or the same ?

 

At start I face difficulty to understand it but after reading some tutorials I easily understand it and now I am using it. Any publisher using AdSense can use it with or without Adsense ads. But Admanager has more features than AdSense, so publishers can earn more. As my earnings increased about 50 % after using Admanager.

I really like it.

Google Ad Manager is one of the best to those who understands how to use it.Believe me,it's one of the best.

Mostly I use ad manager to geo target my affiliate ads to users in U.S and U.k...and show adsense ads to rest of the world.
