Any One Use webvaluer?

    According to webvaluer one of my sites that I do little with is worth $900. If this is true I would love to sell it.

    Has anyone used the WebValuer website to generate a valuation that was close to the final sale price, or should I take these valuations with a MASSIVE pinch of salt

    These are completly inacurate. I wish they were true, it valued one of my sites at $27,960 :D
