I found them via an adsense ad on Shawn's blog so they are obviously spending cash to get the word out about themselves.

I have tried LeadFlash for several months, they're mainly doing Payday Loan affiliate programs. Their payouts are high, now it's $22 per lead for most of their payday loan offers and $9 per lead for the auto loan offers. Yet, I'm waiting for my first check to arrive. Will give out more feedback when the actual money arrives.

I've just begun with LeadFlash, also used Azoogle and CJ in the past.

I'm happy so far, I have found their CPCs stronger then CJ or Azoogle, and I intend to direct more traffic their way. I'd like some creatives options that were a little less "loud" but overall I am happy. Site is fast and easier to use then azoogle of cj as well.
