Hi, I Came across The backlink builder service which says 1000 backlinks for $9 !?!?!? Have any one used this service ? and what are the effects of utilizing this kind of seo services ? Do that worth ? Thanks !
My guess is that most if not all of the links that you'll get will be spammy and probably do you more harm then good.
They are forum links. For example one old forum member who has 10000 posts when updates his signature to your website how many links you get? I am not sure what is their criteria to count a link or not to count it. If they count only links indexed by google then I will say it is worth it, but still in that case you will have to do a lot of link building in other ways to make this one a bit natural, else be prepared to get banned. If something looks too good to be true, then probably it is. 1000 links for 9$? It is impossible that those are manual links, and automatic links (by automatic posting to forums, blogs, etc.) do far more harm than good. Apart that your site might be cataloged as a spammer site, search machines don't value that kind of links. And if such links happen to appear in bad neighborhoods -or all appear at once- then it's more likely that your ranking will go down, instead of up.

As has been said already, the number of backlinks is irrelavent - its the quality of backlinks. Dont be persuaded by numbers as this type of nonsense will only hurt your campaign. There are plenty of ways to build quality backlinks - and remember, if they were that powerful, they wouldnt be selling them for just $9
