    If RBI allows to spend the money from Paypal directly than CC, it would save us a lot. But, i think it would not happen in any near future.

    I don't think that will ever be restored. Also if you think logically and ethically, that should not be restored. Because that would amount to just directly evading the taxes as if you earn some money like $1000 online from freelancing or from cpa or anything else and then buy a lcd tv online from that money. Then Income Tax Department will never be able to collect tax on that income. That's why we have to withdraw all money in bank account with purpose code and PAN so that you can't evade the taxes as ITD will have each and every detail of your earnings.
