When your customer makes his first payment to you, iKobo will mail you a debit card which you can use to withdraw money. You'll only be able to receive from 3 persons using that card (unlimited transactions but 3 senders only). Basically because it isn't actually meant to serve for business.

The card will be sent to you via secure delivery service (Federal Express), takes 5-7 days to arrive.
Card will be valid for 1-2 years. Upon expiry, you'll get a new one.
The 3 payers will be able to send you money repeatedly, no limits to the amount as far as I was told.
It will charge to withdraw, will also charge monthly admin fee.

IKobo has been in industry for a while now and are quite trust worthy. Their fees are comparatively lower than other debit cards. You can trust them with your eyes closed.

Yep I didn't see anything like this too.Can you please tell us where did you see/hear this?

I didn't like ikobo becuase it didn't allow to send money to more than 3 persons. And their support was very slow in 2005/2006. May be now they improved their service, but I don't use this service anymore.
