    • I want to have prepaid balance [registration free but must to add fund to create hosting]
    • provide [VPS - Dedicated serevr - Linux - Cpanel - Shared Hosting SSL]
    • Payment By Credit Card

    You could try slhost.com, I currently have a VPS with them. I think they have a 50% off offer on VPSs right now.
