Any one know a cheap alternative to Photoshop

    Photo shop costs as much as my whole laptop did!!!! I can't pay $300 for the system. anyone know any cheap alternatives to photoshop????

    If you want Photoshop, adobe actually released CS2 absolutely free: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?pid=4485850&e=cs2_downloads

    What you can do with CS6 you can also do with CS2.

    Another decent online tool is this one as well: http://pixlr.com/

    And as stated Gimp is probably one of the best free alternatives.

    Gimp is great, I remember times when it had 2 MB and functions like 300 MB old Photoshop :) It is full working alternative and sometimes even better than PS.

    Gimp is free and great. Definitely the best alternative for Photoshop. Google it,maybe you will find some good programs to.

    Look into getting Adobe Creative Cloud; you can download Adobe Photoshop CS6 and any other Adobe program if you don't mind paying a monthly subscription. Gimp as everyone else as already suggested is free alternative to Adobe Photoshop.
