    You can withdraw money from your PayPal account whenever you want -
    provided you have funds in it.

    So -
    perhaps I do not get your meaning.

    Yes we can withdraw whenever we want, but since there is auto-withdrawal enabled on all Indian a/cs, it is supposed to be withdrawn daily automatically even if we forget to withdraw the balance manually.

    btw, i am also in the queue for 13th withdrawal, hopefully tomorrow morning it will be there...
