Nope i am also waiting for that, but i got cash which was auto withdrawn on sep 16th and today i have made an manual withdraw. It is Mysterious bcoz none of the person got cash which was auto withdrawn on sep 15th.
My auto withdrawal cash of 18th Sep has been credited to my account whereas auto-withdrawal of 14th Sep hasn't been credited. How many people are facing similar probs?
The term UTR No. means Unique Trasaction Reference Number and it is generally used in association with NEFT transactions done through bank. For every successful NEFT transaction, your Bank will provide a UTR number (Unique Transaction Reference No.). For example, if you do the a NEFT transaction with a branch of Union Bank of India, the Union Bank of India will provide the UTR No. to you which can be used to track the transaction later. So, UTR number is a unique code for identifying the NEFT transaction. So it doesn't match with PayPal account transaction no. If PayPal really has processed your payment by NEFT they have got a UTR for that transaction from their bank. You can ask them UTR no. if they claims that they had processed your payment by NEFT from their end.
Which is why it is not always possible for you to get it unless your know the UTR of the initiating bank and branch, which in this case is CitiBank. That makes me go back to my post why I said it is not possible for a bank to trace incoming transactions. In this case what I am going to do is to put a trace on my money after the 7th day which is Friday. Which appears to me as the best solution at this time.
what is point in asking Paypal to trace a transaction when they have not send it in first go which is true as hundred (if not thousand) of people have not received 15th September Transactions.Instead we should email them everyday and asking why 15th withdraw is not credited while 19th transactions are done...
because, no matter how i hate them for being unprofessional and having a bad customer support, in my last 5 years of experience working with them, i have never lost my money through paypal. yes their payments have been delayed at times for more than 7-10 days but i have received it eventually. so i am still going to try and find out. plus how can we be sure that they have not send the 15th sep payments? there have been posts from other users in this thread who had said they received 15th sep payments!
You are right. But try to understand that after 15th withdrawal lots of user received their fund but for 15th withdrawal only 2-3 people received their funds and remember that the 15th withdrawal which make before 3.30 am on the 15th only received. So everybody disappoint.
15th withdrawal got credited to my ICICI account this morning... so no worries guys - I guess 15th withdrawals just got delayed
