It's because of the Easter. The staff from Paypal was free Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Therefore, they weren't able to process the withdrawals.

in india maximum $500per transaction limit by the rules of reserve bank of india. you are not allow to hold your paypal balance more then a week. payments are smooth and fine.

Just received funds in my SBI acct. Transfer was initiated on 26th. Everything is working smoothly and that 7 days withdrawal rule is still not being implemented by paypal.
Well, feel really sorry for you guys, because I usually get my paypal money to my bank account within 5 working days. Infact the same day when I apply for a withdrawal, I get a direct call from the paypal office in Beijing and they confirm if it has been done by me and release the payment. I think you should also have this option from the concerned banks. Obviously not all banks in China do such type of quick service except the Bank of China
Yeah. I am also worried. My 28th April withdrawal is still not received in my HDFC bank :-( anyone got today ?
