Even if you or anybody else contact, they won't reply, because that's Paypal's IT development center, not a support hub. All they'll say >> "We don't know about it!"

NEFT has six batches of settlement at 9 am, 11 am, 12 noon, 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm on week days and three batches of settlement at 9 am, 11 am and 12 noon on Saturdays. So check your accounts. If anyone got credit then inform us. I checked not credited till now.
paypal initiates payments only right before the 2 pm batch, payments come only after the 3pm settlement batch. early month money gets credit to the account wiht a bit of delay as the branches will be busy, end of the month it gets credited by 3.30
i got sms at that time , just rechecked so may be i got at first batch , again just checked both banks - no credit yet
he should have got it the previous day itself, but the bank might have been busy and have credited it the next morning. happens with every bank in the country.
