I request for withdraw - 10 FEB! Then I will mad my last withdraw and I leave Paypal. I'm going for plimus - They accept Paypal payments and I have plimus whmcs plugins. Or I was think about 2CO -But they have withdraw limit, when u have 300$ only can, this is ridicules ! Well payoneer close for us too! Anyone with me or think something else?

. Paypal's Chennai office is only for support and I don't think NEFT transactions are initiated from there. Paypal's NEFT transactions are initiated by City Bank in Mumbai. Paypal can't do NEFT transactions themselves without help of a bank in India.
You got funds for your withdrawal of 1st,2nd Feb or got funds on these 2 days for withdrawal of earlier (last month) ?? DON.
i had withdrawn on 30th , got that on 1st. but the ones withdrawn on 1st and 2nd have not arrived yet
27th fund transfer get on 31st 22nd fund transfer get on 24th so normal its take 2-3 days but not get transfer which i withdrawn on 1st, 2nd and 3rd any either.. should i go another fund transfer..( or request the check of my fund.. what do you suggest) i dont like to keep my funds in paypal.. you never know...? i get regular payments.. ajay
Deutsche bank is act as an intermediate channel in PayPal bank withdrawal process. Till reach the payment in India, it may handled by Deutsche bank. One of my friend who working in ICICI said, they can trace NEFT transactions and view what all financial institutions involved in this transfer process. City bank was surely there.
Then, it may work this way.. Funds are wired daily from Citibank (asia pacific- may be singapore) to Deutsche bank in India, then they are routed using NEFT in national currency.

you can do a traceroute on your neft, but it does only one hop. You can chec how you got the money, but now how the bank that sent you the money got their money, so you can't really say that citibank is involved in India. Yes, maybe as deluxedon says, money may come to deutsche bank from citibank asia pacific by wire, but your friend at ICICI cant know that.
