    This is how i have got email alert for the withdrawal to my bank.

    "at WBO FORT (NOT TO BE USED) on account of NEFT Cr-CITIxxxxxxx-PAYPAL OPGSP SETTLEMENT ACCOUNT-THE NAME -CITINxxxxxxxxxxxx value 20-NOV-2012"

    Generally I do not receive such statements. Has RBI changed anything again? also what does that mean "Not to be used"?

    If you check your bank statement for previous deposits then you can find same for previous transactions as well. No change in it.

    Yes numerous times, why?

    If you withdraw huge amounts you will get a phone call from paypal to verify the transaction you received, if long time customer with no remark sometimes they just process without worrying.

    My PayPal account saying your payment has been transferred in your linked account ( 24 nov.) but still there is no such balance in bank account. What may be possible reason for payment delay in account?
