    no it depends on bank fr credit. they match the receiver name ... RBI moniters the sender fr the clearance. bank part is receiver part.

    Good news is that i just got credit in my BOB for my 4th date withdrawal and strange thing is that haven't got any credit in other bank for my 3rd withdrawal.. So problem must be with our banks only (not from paypal's side).

    Got funds in SBI for withdrawal date 2nd .. :)
    Still corporation bank drawn on the same day is not yet received .. I am not worried about it since its confirmed that paypal withdrawal is working properly .. :)

    Anyway its confirm that everything related to indian banks withdrawal working very well as of now.
