Any one familiar with Adscendmedia's Content Gateway?

    I see there is a code that can hide my content before the gateway appears,but it didn't mentioned where should I put it?Anyone knows this?

    I know that,other code like initGateway() has mentioned where should I place.But the code to hide the content hasn't mention that
