Any one doing Amazon aff from India

Hi All,

Any one doing Amazon aff from India. I need know how they pay, how many days it will take to deposit to your account after you paid from them.

 

they pay by check, and my bank takes about 14 days to clear the check

 

So you get the commission deposited after 104 days right

 

It takes two months to send payments.
Amazon pays by US dollar check and Indian banks usually deduct Rs. 300/- as processing fees.

 

I checked the link it comes to 90 days cycle can I know I need to pay income tax for that check

 

You need to pay Income Tax, if your earning cross the taxable income bracket.

Put your Amazon income, with all your other income and see if it crosses the taxable income limit.

 

Amazon is not so popular in india .

 

Just another consideration, sometimes if you are cashing/depositing an international check, it takes a while to clear, especially if it's for a larger amount. I had a an Amazon UK check sent to me, and the bank put a 45 day hold on it. Not that it'll happen to you, but it's something you'll probably want to find out before going to the bank.
