    2.bidvertiser
    3.adbrite

    I want some good reputation, and better can support paypal payment.

    adbrite pays quiet good, you can also check leafads.com . the best way to do a google search on "pay per click review".

    The 3 ad networks you know are the best, the rest of the ad networks that are there pay very low. So I would recommend sticking with AdSense, BidVertiser, and AdBrite.

    It depends on what you are after, AdToll is not geared for PPC sales at all, its a self service sponsored ad service primarily, PPC sales secondary.
