Any non-adult affiliate pay thru payoneer?

    I already have a payoneer card and I'm looking for affiliate programs that pay commission thru payoneer. Anyone knows good ones? Please share your idea. Also, I read about SFI. Is it good? They offer payout thru payoneer, too. If I join this, should I apply new payoneer card or commission can be paid to my existing payoneer card??

    well I not work with SFI but work with markethealth and they pay via payoneer

    i am also interested in affiliate programs that pay via payoneer.

    Also, I use and affiliate programs that pay via epassporte ATM card and I must say that work great

    Copeac pays via payoneer. End of each month for me, but if you will make more then $5000 you will get money in two weeks:)
