    Very true, focus on internal page structure and terms first. Wait a couple weeks for your site to get indexed by Google, and then start building some tiered backlink projects overtime. I recommend only using PBNs for tier 1 links. Link velocity should be determined by domain age and traffic because you want the number of links being created to look natural. Don't forget to mix in social signals to scale with your projects.
