Recently, I want to set up a blog. I need a good name of my blog. It is very hard to find a good name in famous blog host. So I want to set up it in the new free blog host. Any good new free blog host is recommended?
You don't say where you live, but I can point you to one if you are a NZ resident. Your post seems odd though. If you run a hosting company why do you want to give your content to someone else to manage? your hosting not reliable enough?
I've just setup a free blog site. www.myblogonline.co.uk Your blog would be on a subdomain like: www.ash.myblogonline.co.uk You will have cpanel acess to amend your blog, add your own adsense etc.
The problem with free hosting/ free blog hosting is that you are never sure how long they are going to stay in business. Seeing www.myblogonline.co.uk I am not sure. Looks really unprofessional.

why would you want a free host ...they can close anytime..is cost less than $4 a month to get your own hosting

Free blog is definitely blogger.com and wordpress.com but best to have a domain name so that if anything goes wrong your free blog will have trouble Best to go for wordpress.org and buy a domain name... all the best
