Any networks with $1 CPM for US Desktop traffic?

    We've got a few of these slideshow sites. The holy grail i'm looking for lately is - $1 CPM for US desktop social traffic (728x90 display). Tried a few stacks, but we were missing about 35% of impressions, compared to pageviews. CPMs never went above $0.85 (usually, around $0.6). Did anyone ever see that unicorn I'm looking for? Or am I asking for too much? :)
