Any Networking Experts ?

    I am bit confused here..
    'M not an networking expert so need some help from experts in here.
    The problem is ..
    I've 2 Internet connections so both of them have different IP.

    Now i want such sharing that all PCs can access any PCs in LAN of other Connection.

    So can anyone guide me how do I do it ?? I tried Googling, but no chance out there

    No router:( Just some switch of Intex of 8 port
