Any name and address with prepaid VISA or MC ?

    In case of a VCC , yo can use any name and address ...is this also the case for a prepaid CC ?

    No, VCC is different from a PrePaid, but are some prepaids that can be on any name and address. Hard to get.

    are u taking about VCC ? that we can use ay name nay address / yes that possible


    And prepaid card/ is it support visa or master ( same use)
