Any Mountain Bikers?

I ride a 2004 Specialized SX. Normally freeride and some downhill here and there. Just curious if there are other MTBers on DP. Cheers, Ivan

 

I have a Fuji Thrill.

There aren't too many good places to ride around here so I only get to go once or twice a year. We usually go up to the John Muir trails in Wisconsin.

I used to. I have a cheap hybrid now that I ride a little on the street and a little bit on trails now.

 

I used to ride Haros. But not since the age of 15 or so.

I remember when I got my Haro Group 1 Freestyle. It was one of the most exciting days of my life. I actually cracked my face open the first day I had it. I tried to jump a tennis net and got caught in it.

 

You bike story made me think of all the stupid stuff I did as a kid so I had to start this thread.

Ya i rode when I was younger too, and started again a few years ago. Missed getting out and riding, just sucks because there are not a lot of people around here that ride. But I was able to get my neighbor into riding again, and he built himself a very nice old school Hutch pro racer.. so atleast I will have someone to ride with next summer...

 

I have no mountain bike, but I've done many stunts on my bicycle.

 

i used to race on dirt roads and some downhill here. I also rode the streets for work out.

The folks made me stop 3 years ago after I broke an arm and a leg.

Edit: I forgot, I used to own a bike with a foes dhs, the other parts I think were generic. My dad sold it a few years back so I really have no chance to get back to my bikin habits. tough luck

 

Oh man that is a bummer. I had my gums stiched up, chipped tooth, and a broken wrist. Back on the bike after a couple months of healin' up.

 

*In an Irish accent* I like to ride. But not bikes.
