no there is no way you can add fund from indian bank to your paypal... only thing you can use it credit card.... i send email to paypal and they told me that indian banks don't allow to upload fund to paypal.... so i guess indian banks only allow receieve money but dont allow upload of money.... and there is nothing paypal can do to change bank's policy.....

You do not need to add money to your paypal account and being from India, your only option is to do a pass-through payment through your attached credit card which you used to verify your account. That is the only way.

Direct fund uploading from indian banks to paypal is not available.
Add a credit card to your paypal and when you make payment it automatically charge your credit card.
If you don't have credit card then add - SBI 0r UTI bank internationall master card logo debit card.
After adding to get expuse number of debit card - go to branch manager and ask him about offshore international electronic transiction statement, there you can see paypal's 4 digit code.

    Thanks.
    James.

It has been 2 1/2 yrs since the thread created, still RBI doesn't allow to send funds. Instead they implemented more strict rules on how to use Paypal :)
