Trying to contact hostluck since the last 24 hours & no luck, i launch support tickets which is still unanswered ... The guy who sold me the hostling package is banned. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=81398 Seems i have learned a lesson. My sites are down, I am helpless.
Well thats what happens when instead of site, someone give priority to cheap rates, now you might be loosing more than what you might have saved in cost For next time find a reputable established host, who can provide you excellent support and care for client
@aassociatehit Yeah you are right, Actually i was having low budget the time i need to get hosting 3 years ago. & Yes! now within 2 days, I lose 5 times of the hosting fee that i paid.. Still no luck in getting my sites live.
It's a harsh lesson to learn. Most people think it will never happen to them despite all the evidence suggesting otherwise. However, they have been around for almost 3 years so you weren't really to know it was about to go wrong. I just hope you have a backup of your sites and databases and can move-on asap.
Sorry about that, try to contact from their site, live support if any or phone, and get your backup, but another thing is always keep backups of your sites in your own computer as well, anywhere you using shared hosting taking backup in own computer or own system is important as well
I hear about this web hosting company for the first time and think that it will be much better to deal with time-tested and reputed web hosts.
