    Hi there, I have a french account with LCL and I'm really unsatisfaied,because I can not get my internet banking and I can not verify my paypal account,because I can not take my 4 digit code for verification. You have to vahe the full service from this bank to get it

    I haven't the ans to my question whether i can use a visa card issued from LCL bank for verification of my paypal account.
