I am looking for a way to process CC in local currency. And have easy way to withdraw money. Paypal is ok but cannot deal in local currency :(

Any ideas? How about 2Checkout? I don't want to pay the signup fee then discover that I cannot receive in MYR.

The only way you can process credit card in MYR would be to use a local payment processor. The trouble is that I have not seen one as yet and I believe your only option would be to contact a local bank to sign up for a merchant account and credit card gateway so that you can process the orders yourself. However, it would mean a lot of fees and documentations.

Something like these would help http://www.commercepayment.com/introduction/main.jsp?PAGEID=CPsolutions_ac

    Joomla Dude:
Google Checkout-Mercahnt account available for UK and US only.
AlertPay-What I am Using now. The problem with alert pay is that you must get verified to send money(they give $0 limit to new unverified account). Which means that you need to fax/email your id and proof of address even for a small amount. This is I think a big hoop to let my customer jump through. I think many would just buy from someone else.

    eddy2099:
I don't mind something with setup fee but i need something with low/no monthly fees. I don't have steady stream of customer. But when I do have customers the amount is usually a few hundred RM (it's a small side business). So that much money sometimes it;s easier to pay using CC. I already checked out Commerce Payment. They are really expansive. I've also checked out iPay88 and NetBuilder ePay. They are cheaper but still too expensive for my use i think.

I was hoping they are something that I didn;t know that other people found out/know about that suits my need better.

What Ahmadfahan means is he is ok with his own verification, but is worried that his customers will not go thr' the hassle to get their AP ac verified, when Paypal does not need to be verified to receive money.

No, 2checkout does not support the Ringgits.

Remember some years ago, Dr M. decided to fixed the rate of US$1 = RM$3.80, he not only controlled it but took the RM out of the international trading of the RM. Although the peg has been removed but the RM control is still in place. Thus only Malaysian payment processor can accept the Ringget as the based currency. International payment processors does not support it.
