It seems google analytics takes about a day to update. So are there any other website traffic analysis programs which track website info live? Thanks.
Yeah, I use statcounter.com, which is free. It doesn't have a great interface or anything, but I only use it to see the latest stats and happenings. For everything else I use Google Analytics. If you get to the front page of Digg, for example, you don't want to find out about it the next day only (for obvious reasons).
There are actually a couple of live analytics packages that are pretty good woopra.com getclicky.com They both offer the ability to check traffic in real-time.
If some of the free realtime web stats like statscounter and woopra is combined with Google Analytic, would it affect the loading time of your website? Does anybody here tried it out?
I use statcounter and have done for the past 4-5 years now, it works well although varies to my google analytics results by about 10%
Yahoo! Web Analytics is an enterprise site analysis tool that lets you see real-time user behavior on your website
