Any linkworth users? Need help

I started using the Linkworth network since last month and I am really impressed. It is not cheap to advertise on my site, I charge 60 bucks for a link, but I got one request last month, and 2 this one (and only 2 days have passed!)

The problem I'm having is that one of them requested a billboard ad. I looked all over the site and I still can't figure out how the billboard works, if someone can help me out I'd apreciate it.

    Thanks

Thanks, but as I said, I already read all the stuff about billboards on their site, but when I tried to set up the code nothing happened. :(
If anyone has ever set up a billboard I could sure use the help.

Are you asking what the billboard ads are? Or how to intergrate the Linkworth system into a billboard ad?

Fryman, I haven't used the billboard ads, so I can't tell you how to do it.

But I have requested assistance through linkworth's support system in the past, and Ron usually answers pretty darn quick and has been very helpful. You might give him a hollar,

Yeah, I wanted to set it up tonight, so I'm sure I won't get a reply until tomorrow and was hoping someone here had used this before.

    But thanks anyway :D

I'm in LW but have not sold one of these, so I have no clue what it entails nor where to look for the code. I assume it's given when an ad is accepted?

Anyway, it's just code. If ya PM it to me I'll read it.

I didn't use their code and just put up my own, but it looks just like the one they use as an example. I am sending you the URL so you can take a look and let me know if it is ok, honey. Thanks

You still getting many advertisers on board fryman? It's dried up for me, been like this for some time now, even though I think Im charging well below market rates.

I've got one guy who is paying well over the odds (IMO) and doesn't seem to realise that he can cancel the link...

Only one listing so far though...

I have one listing as well . Had to decline 2 advertisers last week, an online gambling site and a site selling escort service domains. I have nothing against them but I could never place those ads on my Christian site...

Maybe they were Christian escorts? :D

My billboard cancelled, but I still have 2 advertisers.

Nice extra 100 bucks per month

Billboard did nothing for me but I am now at about $250.00 a month from regular links. It's very helpful. :)

I really never cared about advertising links on my site. I was doing quite well with banners and stuff like that. I decided to give linkworth a try after getting spammed by those textlinkbrokers losers and looking for alternatives, and couldn't be happier. Instead of getting 8 bucks per link and filling up my page with all kind of stuff, I just have 2 nice links which are sending 100 bucks to my account each month.

But I have also heard of many webmasters that just never managed to sell any links, I guess it is just luck. There sure seems to be more offer than demand.

Hey fryman, you earn 100 per month? Cool! I used linkworth's price quote, the price range they gave me was above USD 50. However, i'm only charging for USD 5! And yet, i receive only 1 advertiser who is interested. Was not sure why and what's wrong. But anyhow, keep it up! :)
