Any Legitimate Sources Of Cheap PPC Traffic?

    The most I'm willing to spend is 10 or 15 cents a click. Are there any networks out there that sell traffic at those prices?

    It depends on your niche.
    The more competition you have, the higher CPC.

    I've heard a lot about Bidvertiser's advertiser program.
    Check that out.
