Any Legit Good PPC Network Like Bing Ads?

    Hi I would really appreciate it if someone could give me an honest review of some other ppc networks out there that will have a good click through rate and not drain my bank account I was using bing ads but all of the sudden i get banned im not sure why, but i would truly love to get ads going on a good reviewed ppc network

    BuySellAds.com has a great reputation and is not as strict as Google or Bing (it's hard to get banned). Display advertising only though, no "text" ads per se.

    it's hard to get banned as much as it's hard to get approved
