    Hi All,

I want to embed some you tube videos on a website I have built. You tube seems to be a free for all with videos everywhere that have music on them which I would have thought breaches copyright. But as they have been posted on Youtube does that mean that if I embed them on my site I don't have an issue with legal stuff , and only the posted of the video has to deal with that. I hope you understand what I mean.

    Thanks in Advance

    Peter Thompson :D

Yes, if they allow you to embed on your site, they pretty much encourage you to do it. There isn't any legal problems with it. I do it on my blog for instance, no letter from them!
