Buying Any kind of VALID PR2+ website, Wordpress preferred, ONLY websites with NO income

I am looking to buy several websites with PR2+.

Requirements:

- Minimum PR of 2
- PR should of course be valid and I don't mean by using some kind of worthless PR checking software. The website needs to have actual back links and they need to be shown on OpenSiteExplorer. For education purposes, replace google.com with your domain on this URL http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links?site=www.google.com
- Wordpress CMS preferred, but not necessary
- Can be about any topic, except gambling and p0rn
- NO income, as that will make the website more expensive and for my purpose I only need valid PR and not any income generated by the site

So if you have any dormant websites with PR2+ and you don't know what to do with it, I am your guy.

I understand that many people don't know how to check if the PR is valid, so if you are not sure about the validity of your PR2+, you can still send me a message and I will look into it, but again, for the love of God, do NOT send me messages when your site doesn't have at least a PR of 2.
