Any issue with having the same ad on different domains?

    Hey Guys,

I am working on someones website and I have it copied over to my server in the meantime so I'm not working live on their server.

However, I was told by the person who owns that website that I should remove the ads that are on my server that I'm using for making the changes because it can get them banned for having the same ad on different domains.

Does anybody know if that's true or not? I don't think so, but would just like some clariication if possible :)

You can have one adblock on multiple domains and it is allowed.

No problem, you can use one adblock on 100 domains or more.

Same ad on same or different web site or server is not a problem. Look at some of the most popular sites out there their ads are on every site. Shouldn't be a problem.

looks like people are more eager just to post a response without even reading the main question.

if you copied over the site and working on the site form your own server, then it would be a safe practice to remove the ad from the other site. accessing multiple adsense accounts form single server/ip can get both accounts banned. even though you will not be logging in to the other adsense account, you will be working on that site so there will be many impressions from your IP. just remove the ads or replace the publisher id with xxx

This person is mistaken, and so is sultanofseo. Now you do what you want, you believe who you want, I really don't care, but those persons are mistaken to say the least!
