Okay, I am in Israel and this is one of the countries where you can open paypal account, send and receive payments BUT withdraw only to credit/debit card, not ur local bank account. I am not sure how it works in other countries, but here (at least in my bank), the system is as follows - if I get a credit card, for the time of my usage of the card, I have to "keep / close" certain amount of money in the bank, say 5000$, and therefore i can use the card for buying anything up to 5k, which is my "limit". Now assuming I withdraw 1k from paypal to my credit card, this will not lift my 5k limit to 6k, because limit is set by the bank, so where does this money actually go and how can i use them? maybe this is a bit dumb question but i am not managing to figure how this process works and the guys in my local bank has no clue what's paypal and what am i talking about at all. can anyone pur some light over it please?
