Any Interest in a low fee escrow service?

I have been scammed many times and right here at DP. And other places.

I know escrow is a safer way to to transactions, but on a $45.00 sale, the fee is $25.00.

I am wondering if there is any interest in a site that would do the same, but do smaller transactions and smaller fee's. Say, $1.00 per transaction?

Let me know if there is any interest in a site like this?

No fees ?? Nothing against freebies - but how should they deliver a service for nothing ?

 

Fake escrow services have been used by scammers so it would be difficult to start a new one that people trusted, it would be nice to have a lower fee option though.

how the hell do you get scammed "many times", when you have only been here for such a short time?
