Are there stats out there on the amount of clicks as reflected by visits to a site. I am sure it makes a difference on the way the ads are placed, but I was just curious if there were some averages. It might be a good way to set goals in earnings based on trying to get certain amounts of traffic to a site.
phorph, from my experience it varies from 0,1% to 10%. Of course there are sites that have more, but - averaged - they have quite a small number of daily visitors. Then you still have the CPC which varies quite a lot. So in my opinion you should just set the site up, see how the average daily earnings will be after a week or two, and then you will know what you are looking at. Otherwise it's a strong speculation only.
Yeah, I started my site acouple of weeks ago and have had little results. I know it will take some time to get people there. I was trying to see if I could get an idea where I should be at at this point and going forward. Thanks for the info
