    Any Indians are using VBV(extra level security Mandatory for Indian CC and DB transaction) secured card to buy something from outside India??

    I think that's a mandate for credit cards now from RBI.

    Well it ask for added password if the merchant processor has the facility.
    If not then also my credit card works like in paypal (previously after Aug1 it was not working). Remember it is mandatory for merchant in India only.
    Havn't tried the debit card yet.

    Other Places it acts as credit card only. I bought Few items from EBAY, Singapore and few items From Amazon.com about 10 days ago. I have received those items too....

    its VBV made for more security and all internal user have same VBV and use world wide without any problem

    NO PROBLEM.I am using visa yuva debit card which is verified in paypal also.but now i have done VBV protection to buy an air ticket.will i be able to continue in Paypal??
