Any indian using vmi to withdraw paypal successfully

Is there any indian who is using vmi card to successfully withdraw his funds through atm.

there are different opinions about this vmi card's workablility with paypal. I'm confused

Just wanted to tell yo uthat its ILLEGAL to get money from abroad usng a debit-card, xoom etc. Xoom is used for NRIs to send money to India.
If you want to withdraw money from paypal, use check. When you get the money from ATM as cash, its against RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations as there is no documentation.

To sum up, you should use check. If you use these debit cards to withdraw money and get caught, you will be in big trouble. See this

did any body transfer money from paypal to xoom?did you got caught while doing transfer?and in what form did you get money.check or cash?did you get invoice number?the thing is coder links gave me thread and read everything in the thread.so that is why i am asking questions.

 

Yes i have transferred money from PP to my bank account through XOOM.Its legal so u dont have to worry about.U can request a cheque also.

 

Never heard of VMI Cards but use Xoom its safe, fast and reliable

 

but did you use xoom for personal transactions or business transactions.xoom is open for only personal transactions .read in this thread.did anybody do business transactions successfully using xoom.

Guys, XOOM is Legal and a partner of PayPal.You can create payment button for XOOM and have it funded by your buyers with their PP funds. It's A OK!
