Any Indian Uses Alertpay and do a bank wire transfer request (Only for Indian user)

All of know that epassporte closed. Now we have only one option Paypal and another is Alertpay. I am already using Paypal. But I want a backup for when Paypal Fails. I want to know about something regarding Alertpay

Any one who is using Alertpay
Did you request bank wire transfer with alertpay
What is the fee and minimum Amount for requesting
When you get your money in bank after making a request

Yes I using Alert Pay But Please don't withdrawal money to Indian bank because my money already pending past 20 days so i request don't get the risk, use only PayPal Indian withdrawal.

the problem is do clients use it to pay you can try 2checkout maybe as an alternative
